About Me

I’m a single woman in her early forties (imaginary age) or sixties (real age) … living on small farm in the western slope foothills of the Sierra Nevada … in love with God, country life, horseback riding, writing, work,  friends and family, and various animal companions …

… my primary purpose for this blog is to journal my adventures as a single woman in the high-end of middle-age who has decided to live happily and hope-fully with my constant companion bullies Panic and Anxiety … I also write about improving my health and getting fit, in other words, fun with self-torture …
